Agnes, you are well known for your particular requests when staying in hotels. Could you explain us why and maybe make an example of something you may ask?
Call it pigheadedness, but I can't live without dehydrated cider or deep-fried locusts delivered every morning to my room.
Which is your favorite snack?
Rice grains with black vinegar, a rump steak, four flour grains, and a tumbler of cider.
Could you suggest a remedy for hangovers?
Okey-doke! Here it is my fantastic remedy. In case of need mix one part of vermouth, two parts of instant coffee and some Worcestershire sauce. Apply the resulting elixir on your knees and your wrists.
Do you like to cook?
Go get a cat! But I like to devise salads. My cornerstone is a mix of spam and seaweeds, which I think can be OK for both vegetarians and normal people.
Interesting! Could you share the recipe with us?
Sure! You take the spam and the seaweeds and you make a bunch of sandwiches using some whole-grain buns.
Do not mind, my recipe comes from one for sandwiches. After you made the sandwiches, you throw away the bread and mix spam and seaweeds with some tahini and voilà, you are done!
What motivates you to sing?
It's less tiring than actually working...
You are just back from a series of concerts in Tibet. How was your stay?
To be honest, I spent 4 full weeks in a Tibetan monastery before I saw daylight and realized it was not the Hilton hotel. On the bright side, I learnt to move small objects with my mind.
