I heard you are just back from a filming location in Tibet. How was your stay?
To be honest, I spent 2 weeks in a Tibetan monastery before I saw daylight and realized it was not the Hilton hotel. In the meantime, I learnt pyrokinesis 101.

If there was a movie produced about your life, who do you think should play you, and why?
It should be Taylor Momsen. I liked her as Sarah Connor.

Which is your favorite karaoke song?
My real love is dodecaphony.

What is the first award you ever won?
At the age of 8, I won the "Platinum Panda Prize" issued by the municipality of Milwaukee for "noteworthy yet nonessential acting accomplishment".

Who were you in your first school play?
Not my best memory. It was a play on the life of Charles Dickens. I was the comic relief in the part of his funny cousin.

Could you improvise a poem for us.
That's right! Here it is

The sheep of remorse
The ghostly sheep of remorse
dashes on the foggy mountains of hallucination
when I stare at the insanity of my existence.
If only it had been the pig of remorse
I could have bacon at least.

Ana, can you share with us a memory of your role in "Blade Runner 2049"?
Oh yes! All the leading characters were chewing fish sauce spiced bubblegums all day long.

Could you tell us which is your earliest memory?
I have a very fuzzy and strange remembrance. In a nocturnal misty open place with faraway lights, probably an airport, two men walk slowly and stare into the night. One wears an uniform, while the other is not a soldier and smokes a cigarette. One says "I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship".

Actually I think this is a famous scene from the film "Casablanca".
Bunk! You may be right. Yesterday night I fell asleep at a film festival.

I patiently queued up for many weeks before being able to have a little talk with Ana de Armas. The resulting interview was amazing, like it was written by Hemingway under the influence of too much beer. Thus, it was awfully lamentable that my doctor by accident devoured my only copy! After I un-fainted, I attempted to remember those wondrous words. To be honest here: I'm not really sure this web page is a completely accurate account of our rendezvous, and thus I'm beginning to wonder if it ever happened...
