To be frank, I think that cooking food is quite a waste of time. After all, there are restaurants and cafeterias more than willing to deliver my daily dose of carbs and fats. In the few occasions I oblige to cook for my acolytes, I like to devise salads. My most cherished one is a mix of beef jerk and tofu, which I assume can be suited for both vegetarians and normal people.

Do not mind, I obtained the recipe from one for a sandwich. So you make the sandwiches, then you throw away the bread and mix beef jerk and tofu with some gravy and voilà, there it is!
