Have you ever had a supernatural experience?
Well, I remember that years ago I went camping with a friend. We did "that" in the meadows, like naughty bears, in the middle of nature.
Michael, you appear to be always so joyful and effervescent. Do you also have a dark side?
I do. Each of us has two sides. At times, when I face a colleague actor, my teeth chatter with fury and my sight blurs. And all of a sudden, I experience an impulse to shutter forever those gazing eyes. And then there is my dark side... You do not want to discover it.
Which is your favorite karaoke song?
When I want to start my session with a bang I sing "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" by Roberta Flack.
Do you Google yourself often?
Not so often. Say every two hours. But lately Google often says "Including results for Michael Kiaton", who apperently is a former film director from Phoenix. That's quite distressing, but not as much worrisome as discovering that for Bing my name is similar to a shocking curse in Polish.
When you were a little boy, did you see acting as a possible profession?
Jawohl! Even though it actually was my second choice. First one was pope. Or maybe librarian, it was a hard choice.
Could you tell us the story of your next movie?
Just a hint. The tentative title is "Larry, Karen and the baboon". Imagine a man and a woman. They live together in Boston. Larry is a FBI agent and Karen is a life scientist. When Larry's pet baboon Rimbo got peritonitis, they begin a dangerous journey to search for Pappostachya frigida (a rare tree growing in Burma only), whose roots can cure Rimbo.
What have you got in your pocket?
I got a stack of banknotes in my pockets. You may watch them, you can ever lick them, but they are mine, all mine. My preciouss roll of notes...
If happiness were an animal, what would it be?
I figure a monkey. A big, fat, placid monkey, glutted and sleepy in a summer breeze.
